Most of the companies , these vulture Jewish ( and I use that word as discriptive) lawyers go after seemed to be fine companies , mostly health care and cannabis companies it seems, and the charge is mostly 'misrepresentation in public disclosures'. To me that is the purview of the security regulator, but seems these lawyers think they know better.
So what I am suggesting is a class action against Kalloghlian Myers by all the investors who have been damaged by their , often, frivolous attempts at having class actions started against companies they iown shares in. I would join that one for sure! I guess finding an honest law firm to do it might prove diffucult.
And finally , one thing I did discover is that there is a great competition amoung these class action vultures to be the ones to do the action. That would explain why Myers was so quick to solicit for this one against EDV. He could not have had any time to read more than the same headlines that you and I read, and there is no reason to believe he would have any more info than you and I have.
