This of course will add 1.5 cents per month royalty for the over 8 million new shares ($120k per month) and new staff expenses as well.  It's offset by higher royalties and the expertise of management that can run a very successful oil business.  

Maple Leaf added a lot of shares in the last year which is why they were so low debt probably.  These guys are cautious and smart.  The kind of management I like.  (yes, Eagle people, I like you too ;-) )

BTW,  I think it was still a good deal for Eagle if the numbers are real.
