RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Shocking!Ariesleaf - you keep saying it's bad to chage the board, but you're not providig any good arguments as to why we should keep them.

What have they done to icrease shareholder value in the past 5 years?  Nothing.

Are management expressig confidence in their new plan by buying shares?  No

The dissidents clearly state that they want to streamline operations by reducing staff and selling assets.  Focusing the company with less overpaid managers and servicing one jurisdiction (Canada or US) seems very sensible.  Just because the company is smaller doesn't mean it will be less profitable, or worth less.  I'd argue that doing these things to reduce debt will make the stock more attractive to the market.

What exactly do you find wrong with this plan?
