RE:Eagle CEO making House Calls!As I mentioned before, I talked with Richard Clark and one other officer.  
He had no sound answer as to why their salaries were not cut.  But, they did say there would be no bonuses. LOL!

They did use what I would call "fear mongering".  They said if a new board was elected, the loan would be recalled. But, I have no doubt, if in fact the new board needed a new loan, they could get it.
And/or, they could sell some of the assets and bring down the huge debt.

By, the way, Gundersen owns 500,000 shares of Eagle.  As far as I am concerned, he has a hell of lot more skin in the game than Clark or anyother officer!!!
Why would someone holding that large amount of shares not act in a way that would be shareholder friendly??????

I also think that shareholders has caught on to management's greater interest in serving THEMSELVES, than serving shareholders!!!
