Why would anyone pay a 400% premium for any company, let alone. If i'am right Eagle only has one Location  Texas.? First well doing good This Third well also good.Am I correct in estimating present production of about 1750 bbd.Eagle has entered into a fixed price financial swap for 650 barrels of oil per day at a WTI price of $US 75.08 per barrel for the months of October through December 2018.  Eagle has no other production hedged at this time. With out this high Admin Costs to pay. This company should be over $1.00 Forth Quarter.
Q3 2018 Revenue 11.5M, Admin Costs (excluding one time) 1.88M. 16.3% of all revenue is to pay management.  If they Merged with another US Company That would be Better.
