My guess is JPMorgan's Harvard University business grad employees thought long and hard about the many issues going forward before pulling the trigger on 10.6% of all Energizer outstanding shares last year. Or maybe the chirpers on this board know more than Mr. Comand who was the Vice President of Operations for Sherritt’s Madagascar Ambatovy Project, who recently joined the board of Energizer
