decreased from $1.34 to $1.19 primarily due the bought deal capital raised in the second quarter which will be deployed on future long-term contracts. This explains it I think.

Agree with your comment Diceslinger....3.3 million shares were issued under the bought deal which would think a factor in the EPS calculation.
