Some thoughts.
The Turkish Ministry of environment will have to give permission to reopen Kisledag. They were co-defendants so how could they possibly do otherwise ( which would admit faults in their approval process!!)
The lower court had already ruled in favour of ELD so how could they reverse the decision??
One of the court panel of experts made errors in the calculations to do with water resources (according to ELD)
ELD is sticking to their original Environment analysis assessment that was submitted to the lower court.
So it seems to me that that the mine will re-start in 2 weeks or so but in Turkish time that probably means 6 weeks or so.
As regards a Crystal Bsll mine is high definition but subject to random operation and sometimes complete obscurity.
