You can still find a legitimate rationale for buying IPL. But ENB is far less risky, hence the lower yield. That's what comparative yield usually indicates -- the market's relative assessment of risk.

He is only pumping IPL cause he bought in at 21.40, then touting his trading ability(lmfao). The lower IPL moves the more desparate he gets. 

Guy is a terrible trader.
