RE:Share Price vs WTIWake up Fiddy - ENB is not an oil producer, their contracts are not influenced directly by oil price. While oil producers may pay premium to get access to pipeline capacity while the pipelines run at full capacity, there is no direct corelation between the price of oil and ENB price. Plus, ENB is not just moving oil, a lot of gas too.
Think of 407 or any toll road. It doesn't matter how expensive the car is, they all per same price per mileage.
