Yep also to take in consideration  more shares issued = more dividend to pay = more cash out of the company until you hit operational problem and the cash flow erodes and dividend could be cut. a lot to think about... dyodd glta

I don't think people understand how significant the purchase of three gas plants was. Half of the U.S. and canada  is running out of electricity and the only source to provide it very quickly will be via nat gas.That growth will be explosive.Go Enbridge. GLTA
