Anyone know if the monthly yield will be the exact same every singlemonth or will the monthly amount vary depending on the covered callthat was written?
Horizon says that the distribution is variable (from the last news page showing payouts)
Also has anyone asked Horizon how they anticipate the semi-annual rebalacing will affect the etf's stock price?
Not me.
I assume that those stocks that have increased the most in price would be trimmed and those that have decreased in stock price would be built up to retain the same percentages.
I guess it would depend upon whether the stocks pay a dividend and what the volatility is - which affects the call premiums.
Overall I can't see much effect on the NAV from rebalancing.
It will be interesting to see what transpires from here
