Canadian oil prices

I've been noticing the price for WCS hasn't been moving on the BNN sticker. 

This seemed a bit strange. They're usually very good. 

Went to check the real time price and WCS is below US$58, hence the drop in the Canadian dollar. 

I wonder what's going on there???
