The other thing to consider in terms of timing is that the market is in the Excessive Greed category. It is rarely a good idea to load up when market sentiment is in this category.

There is always a temptation to jump back into ENB and ENS by default after ENB goes ex-divi.  If you look at the charts, ENB typically recovers after the initial fall, but the recovery day ...more

bbzzzz: My ENS NAV calculation model takes the daily change in the price of ENB and multiplies by 0.44.  When ENB goes ex-divi (today), the model adds back in the $0.915 to the real change in the ...more

on the NAV of ENS .    Enb drops to accommodate the dividend to be paid by. 91 $ and ENS nav  should reflect the same amount. But,  then ENS nav gains the amount of the dividend ...more

What is the historical average premium they do offerings on ens? Some of the other splits get as high as 40%.alway wise to trim off excess when it gets ridiculously high.
