I plan to closely keep an eye on ENS as I don't currently hold a full position in it.

I agree that the odds of a dip on the day of the ENB announcement is highly probable and that would likely be an opportune time to buy more assuming of course that the market as a whole doesn't do something silly in the meantime.  I would fully expect that based on the earlier ENB announcement and  past experience on such things over the years that the pricing will be at a slight discount to the market price of the day before the announcement.  That said, given that the deal seems to be accretive, the SP of ENB would likely rebound quite nicely which of course helps ENS.
