Anyone who isn't extremely critical of management's role in this disastrous situation at Los Filos is an utter fool. EQX is underperforming the sector by a considerable margin; -21% while the majority of miners are down 10-13%. The fact that this looks to be caused by their inability to maintain relations with the locals and incentivize a productive work environment is appalling.

True. And ive mentioned such things before. For example, i like fvi and gcm because the bosses are latin american, live there, and understand the ins and outs of doing business there...which often leads to a better outcome.
