RE:RE:RE:RE:How would a typo account for missing Goldcorp?Chalk,
Yup, Claude Lemasson is a former Goldcorp senior manager with many years experience with the Red Lake and Eleonore operations. When he was brought in ER to replace Don R., presumably it was done with the blessing of G (a major shareholder @ 6% as of April 2017).

So what has changed for G to walk away, from a sizable deposit (Clearwater) only some 50km away, as the crow flies, from Eleonore?

Some speculation came to mind.
- It's not economical to build an all-weather road (over 50km) to transport the ore from Clearwater to Eleonore for processing?
- Polygon is leading the major shareholder pack with about 9%, and G has an arrangement with it to act as a proxy (so G can hide under the cover of Polygon...may be just my imagination, lol)
- G has enough fills with other acquisitions and want to have a pause (to keep life simple), while waiting for a good opportunity to show its cards. They are all chess players, but they do make wrong move sometimes.

Your take?
GH
