I do not give them the ( it's all ok card ) need to really hold the feet to the fire.  

 As shareholders we are to easy with mg. Wasting are money.

 ( Not giving them a pass on this one) 
Get paid enough to do better!!

Still love the storyline ( real estate market fundamentals are extremely strong but that doesn't necessarily have anything to do with management being great at their job.

I think the financials will be very solid this year going forward.

I still owe alot of shares and will continue to until closer to $4 a share.
