I hold 200k stocks of ERE.UN now at 2.8$ paying out almost 6% div yield ( 0.2% of the float) . Waiting for appreciation long term to 5$ in next 4yrs and will enjoy 5% divvy in the meanwhile .

I had purchased 1.1 million Athabasca Oil previously at 14 cents in 2020 and sold 500k of my holding at approx 2.95$ . Paid my taxes and put in chunk in ERE.UN .

This is what I call a SWAN stock ( Sleep Well at Night) Stock with NAV of 5.47$ . NAV will increase if Europe recovers and Euro increases vs CAD . Right now Euro is down 20% vs CAD , so additional gains if Europe sees recovery . Till then . Sleep Well at Night and enjoy the 2.5k$ monthly dividend

Just bought my first shares on this one, holding dry powder to purchase more under $2.9. Smart money buys the lows, and this one is a screaming opportunity... Best of Luck to All!
