  • European Residential Real Estate Investment Trust (TSE:ERE.UN) had its price target lowered by analysts at Raymond James from C$4.50 to C$4.25. This represents a 19.0% upside from the current price of C$3.57.
  •  
  • European Residential Real Estate Investment Trust (TSE:ERE.UN) had its price target raised by analysts at CIBC from C$4.25 to C$4.50. They now have an "outperform" rating on the stock. This represents a 26.1% upside from the current price of C$3.57.

Thanks guys,  One area that I was disappointed in (unless I made a mistake reading through the annual report) is that the distribution was not increased for 2023, despite the relatively decent results and operating at the bottom end of their payout ratio.  This indicates to me that managemnet is apprehensive of the impact of interest rates and being prudent are not increasing ...more
