eres, very strong results

only issue will be the debt to portfolio value number creeping up. seems like they have a plan to deal with it. rent growth has been so incredible and strong and noi is up nicely yoy. so our risk remains political and this ratio here.. so i'm sure we'll learn more on the CC tomorrow. in any case, it's hard to be negative given the strongth rent growth and high occupancy (even 100% on its CRE!)
