acquisition in very near future....

Some very strong rumors out there that ESI is ready to take out Nabors Canada; acquisition would allow immediate  increase in market share and gain access to some very active operators that ESI has little or no presence....all that said that rumor has floated around before!

ESI would be better off to pay down the dept. They are large enough when the purchased Trinidad drilling.

Mm, yes, Ensign got Trinidad for $1.68 per share, a steal that added $200 million to their bottom line, stolen right out from under the noses of Precision, but they still cratered severely after Covid.  Imagine, they got Trinidad for $200 million less than what it was worth, but their market cap after Covid hit was only about $70 million.  I think there were some loan covenants that ...more
