12:36 PM EDT, 10/30/2020 (MT Newswires) -- Evertz Technologies Limited (ET.TO) acquired a direct to consumer (DTC) interactive graphics company based in Bergen, Norway on October 27, 2020. The acquisition, including the company's interactive graphic overlays platform, expertise and patents, complement Evertz cloud based solutions and provide customers with enhanced direct to consumer dynamic engagement solutions for live sports, playout and mobile platforms.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
