The Entree/Oyu Tolgoi JV Property comprises the eastern portion of the Shivee Tolgoi mining license and all the Javhlant mining license. The Company has a 56.53% interest in the Blue Rose Joint Venture. The Company has an interest in acquiring a 0.5% net smelter return royalty on the Canariaco copper project in Northern Peru.

New Entree Director AddedSome new personnel now on the Borad fo Directors at Entree.

Greg Smith - was top management at Equinox gold and now is the CEO of the about to be newly formed Sandbox Royality that Sandstorm and Equinox gold just formed.  

Victoria McMillan - Was the CFO for Royalty North Partners. Soon to be transformed to Horizon Copper. Sandstorms spinoff copper royalty company.  

Justin Lennox Currie - Was CEO for Royalty North Partners. Soon to be transformed to Horizon Copper.
