Gold Up, Market Down, SSL Shuffles
The first two speak for themselves and are playing out perhaps as many expected - the DOW is selling down, lifting earnings yields, as the FED threatens to crash the party. Gold now putting in some legs up. Juniors should follow.
SSL is moving its ETG and Hod Maden assets into a related public listing that isn't quite but pretty close to an empty shell by reverse takeover. Nolan Watson is already Chairman, a significant shareholder, there will be some other tweaking of the float, SSL will take back debt and about 1/3 of the share float.
Looks like SSL shuffling it's ownership up but ... not really anything going on for the 25% of ETG moved from on3 vehicle to another here - same controlling management it looks like.
