Heart string stuff to get you to think what he thinks. Never heard of his Univ. It doesnt matter anyway. You can dig up any ethical argument you want. The nastiest horror stories. They exist in all industries. In the end. When mom or dad or gramma cant be handled in the home. They dont eat. Need bathing help. Wander outside. You have to go to work....live your life. Look after your kids. I can go on. Your elderly mom or dad may unfortunately not be manageable in your home OR they may just need some help staying in their own home. It just isnt feasible sometimes to drop your life and hold hands while your bills add up and your kids rot in front of the TV. Senior care is and always will be a need. It will always be paid by govt in some way. You can argue all you want. But I and any other smart investor of a long term nature has to wonder if its because you want others to sell.....why would you want that? Sp will drop if we all did that....making it cheaper for thers to buy. Is that it?
