I'm not here to rub salt in the wounds but just to re-iterate an opinion that I have had since Mar, 2011.when I sold all our EXE at $12,57. At that time, I read a couple articles about the seniors abuse that was going on in some of EXE's homes. I decided that it was against my principles to invest in any company that owned seniors homes as I wouldn't be able to tell if there was abuse or not and didn't want to take the chance.
A couple years ago, I posted a similar comment but took a lot of flack for it so went away.
Anyway, I haven't bought a share of EXE, SIA, or CSH since and never will.
My wife and I are big REIT investors and there are better REITs to invest in.

Some operators in this industry will be dragged into court for years as family and politicians seek vengence for poor response to the pandemic. Politicians can score points playing the protector. Workers on the front lines will line up to get back at penny pinching management. What a mess.
