why is Exn underperforming?

why is Exn underperforming?I think it has to do with Cahill's reputation. Anytime this guy makes exaggerated representations that are then not followed, that in turn, hurts Exn SP.   Who in his right mind, will trust a CEO who represented that the NYSE listing will boost Exn appeal, who declared to Exn shareholders that Platosa will be a 4 mill oz producer at AISC of US $9...and so on.

For sure , this guy is not up there on my list of reputable people. How can I put it more diplomatically - Exn performance and share price will only benefit if Cahill disappears for good
