RE:WTF Silver up, EXN down again. Yes, this litigation being unresolved is sur hitting the share price. Selling in a thin market (bad timing) is alwase a risk.
One thing for sure with this litigation it is now afection the share price, when it does get resolved our share price should have a good pop to the upside. Markets do not like uncertainty !
