Horseshoe Bay their have been several EV's plugged into the DC charger only to not function after the owners attempt to start and drive away. Substantial damage is being done to battery and inverter. BC Hydro has not stepped up to cover the $ 6,300 repair, towing fee and car rental for one of the owners.
