the deal with ReBuild is for five years. we have not been told much else, but none can only imagine how it was structured at this level. these are Not simpleton negotiators with Simple minds. it would be mutually exclusive, with a pile of performance meterics and be incredibly beneficial to both partie. No way it affects Exro's potential to spin off the ESS and in fact it exponentially accelerates Exro's ability to financially capitalize on the value of the ESS which exponentially increases Exro's share value.
my ONLY beef with these NR'a is the incompetence of Darrell Bishop, the CIO, and his inability to signal to the market the financial value of ALL of these deals. that is the exact reason why none of his NR's move the share price. AMO
