Your not understanding. To get through a work day you won't have enough battery power and adding batteries will make the weight to high. These trucks are depended on to run 12hrs a day they can't have downtime.

It does work for delivery though in a downtown setting where the truck doesn't draw while parked or stopped in traffic. It shoud get through a 8+ hr day and even fast charge for a night shift.
