The Water segment also includes drilling services offered to the environmental and construction industry, such as geological exploration and geotechnical drilling.

RE:sell target here?

We are at 1/2 the valuation of MDI with better growth. MDI has a much higher target price than it's current price. So a double just to get to MDI's current valuation. If MDI moves higher over that time we should also get that premium. Short term $4.00 is very doable.
