RE:RE:Re Vote CountThanks mesa. Toridog goes out of his way to spread mid information and confusion however most here know wtf is actually going on/ wrong .....thank fully. Now on another note being as you seem to have direct contact with the leaders of this ,(once upon a time) fine company, have you ever brought up possible (most likely probable) share price manipulation/ the stock being gamed big time for quite a while now? If so I'm more interested in your Interpretation of their answer then their actual answer

So in this case 33% or 118 million NO votes must be recieved for the deal not to proceed.
The only way this deal fails is if we get a better offer before the close . End of story.
If somebody thinks this is wrong prove it by clearly showing some other outcome in the info provided. Most cases no votes are counted by the shareholder pushing the sell button before the deal closes.
You're kidding, right?
Only proxies and votes received make up "the vote". If for example 100 million shares are "voted", then 66.667 million need to be voted "yes" of be given to management for their discretion (ie filed and signed but not voted (left blank)). In other words, on the basis of that level of response, it would take only 33.334 million shares to vote NO to scuttle the merger.
Hopefully that's clear to all.
