Fission Uranium Corp. is a Canada-based resource company. The Company’s principal business activity is the acquisition and development of exploration and evaluation assets. The Company is a resource issuer specializing in uranium exploration and development in Saskatchewan’s Athabasca Basin in Western Canada. The Company’s primary asset is the Patterson Lake South (PLS) project, which hosts the Triple R deposit, high-grade and near-surface uranium deposit that occurs within 3.18 kilometers (km) mineralized trend along the Patterson Lake Conductive Corridor. The property comprises approximately 17 contiguous claims totaling approximately 31,039 hectares and is located geographically in the south-west margin of Saskatchewan’s Athabasca Basin, notable for hosting the highest-grade uranium deposits and operating mines in the world. The Company also has the West Cluff property comprising three claims totaling 11,148-hectares in the western Athabasca Basin region of northern Saskatchewan.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Trading today in uranium stocksNexGen Energy is the future of uranium production which definitely makes them a takeover target.

Credit must be given to the NexGen board and management for doing what they have done in very quick fashion.

If anyone is interested a number of years ago I put NexGen Energy to a governance test (in my own little way) and they passed and I actually consider NexGen to be a very professional outfit. I have since performed a number of governance tests on number of other uranium juniors more out of curiosity than anything.

One test I did on all of these non-NXE(ISO) companies produced what I consider to be a very disturbing result as in every company but one failed and the test failure essentially was an illegal act.

I will not name the companies that failed but the company that passed was Energy Fuels. Credit where credit is due.
