forget the nonsensical  $2  target.

Do these target people discuss the off-take agreement? If they did perhaps the target would end up being zero cents based on the off-take and the co-existent overall circumstances surrouding FCU.

Why do you keep on talking about stuff people already know ? I would suggest keep your future comments to anything new and useful to investors, that you become aware of. This way you would be good for one comment every year. If you follow this advise, the FCU board would be much better.

I will assume you are replying to me. The reason why I continue to make reference to the off-take agreement debacle as I see it is for 2 reasons essentially... 1. I am challenging any FCU believer to explain to me why what I have posted about the off-take agreement is nonsense based on accepted business principles and... 2. As each day goes by my theory gains credibility and therefore it is ...more

I'm a firm believer that most analysts and experts believe the off-take is a positive. CGN is an exceptional partner to have. Lots of knowledge and expertise.

@ GovernanceQP - Hey Turner.  No.  Your theory isn't gaining credibility because it's abundantly clear that you have not been in many banker's offices.  If you were you would understand that before a banker will ever advance you any money they want to know how you will pay back the money.  That's when you show them that you have a revenue generating source of ...more

Thank you for the replies gentlemen and btw all of your replies appear to strengtthen the various theories that I have. Greenday I challenge you to challenge FCU to inform the market that FCU has a floor price built into their offtake agreement with CGN Mining.
Comment by Greenday on Nov 23, 2020 1:28pm
@ GovernanceQP - Hey Turner.  Once again your business ignorance is on full display.  A floor price is not a bad thing.  It's a good thing!  A floor price is the absolute minimun price that FCU must sell uranium at.  If the market price is below the floor price, FCU still receives the floor price.  So again it derisks the revenue stream and makes it easier to ...more

Greenday are you stating that a floor price component is in the CGN Mining off-take contract?
Comment by Greenday on Nov 23, 2020 2:35pm
@ GovernanceQP - Hey Turner.  Yes Turner there is a floor price.  This is the floor price formula. SP X 50% + BP X 1.038n X 50%
Comment by GovernanceQP on Nov 24, 2020 1:12am
I don't think there is a floor price which is why so many of you FCU people have been talking up the spot price - Dev Randhawa said if would be around $100 right about now. No floor price = no protection for FCU = no viable future for FCU. Investors require certainty.
