FFN unit nav in realtime @ Approx; $15.71

Spreadsheet showing a gain of 28 cents since the update on the 14th. NA went ex divvy today , so slightly above $15.71, before distributions. After distributions the commons would have a value of $5.52.. and the yield at present would be 23.74% annually.
