FFN UNIT NAV to MAY 7 = approx: $16.67

SO my spreadsheet has FFN unit nav gaining .34 since the APril 30th update.  THIS IS AFTER distributions and taking into account a 1.33% drop  in USD vs CAD.
As far as another offering in the works, i highly doubt they would do 2 so close together, and they do NOT have an ATM program forcing their hands like DFN does.
FFN just completed an offering March 10 2021....

Yeah, well I'm not as trusting as you mouserman. DFN also had two offerings in two months. The one before this latest was just on February 9th ... so like 2½ months between offerings. Quadrevest seems really hungry to me.
