FFN unit nav in realtime @ $15.63

This number is taking into account the USD losing about .75% vs the CAD. Spreadsheet shows a gain of 43 cents  since the FEb monthend update , at this point in time . At $5.44 FFN trading at about its NAV after upcoming  distributions are considered.

In the historical sense, this would have been a screaming buy in years past.... I can recal these kind of high yield plays getting a bump up well over 5$ as soon as they reached the threshhold for paying. Not so  at present , in these very nervous markets.. I have never seen so many discounted SPLIT funds in the years i have been tracking these. Higher preferred payouts may have some nervous ...more

Very nice.  I was worried that FFN was going to be a one off but it looks like its going to continue to pay.
