FFN unit nav to MArch 15 = approx: $15.53
Spreadsheet is showing a gain of about 33 cents since feb 29, so FFN makes the distributions to commons easily. Last sale @ $5.42 leaves a bit of discount if we dont account for upcoming distributions.

My calculations show a slightly lower value of ~$15.50. This is hardly consequential given that we are well into payment territory. We closed at a miniscule ~$0.03 discount after accounting for accrued dividends. Everyone should keep their ears tuned in to the FED commentary on interest rates this week. It is a potential catalyst for a move in either direction.
