NAV prefs moving up again
Today was the last day to buy to capture the distribution and finished up nicely. The prefs have been a great hedge against the fight on inflation with higher rates for longer. I recently trimmed my exposure and added to BK which has so far worked out, but will not exit the position completely until rates begin to drop.
