RE:worthIt's a BAD deal for Supreme and Beena and the BOD does not give two sh1ts.
The deal should have been an all-cash deal at $430M valuation, even though that is still too low for what this company should be worth, it's better than the situation we find ourselves in today.
Beena is completely checked out. I hope someone grinds her regarding this deal at next Friday's scheduled conference call.
