Record Sales

I went to my little cannabis store in the nearby town of Bancroft, they have been open for about 3 months and said it was crazy today, people lined up outside, record sales!

despite shutdowns, I think Supreme should be on pace for a great quarter.  they exited september with -3 mil monthly rec sales which were continuing to 'accelerate'.  oct/nov/dec continued to see provincial sales increase.  The hiway pre-rolls and bulk offerings came within the q - should provide further lift to those sales. they should easily crack 10mil in rec sales ...more

well said john.. one concern i have and anybody enlighten me if they know something.. my understanding is sugarleaf prerolls have been out of stock for some time. from what i have heard its due to conversion to half gram prerolls from 1 gram.. why is this taking so long.. we already have half gram hiway prerolls .. so we should be set up for that.. just a matter of switching product...any info ...more

In my opinion, the only thing your going to see in the financials is the word "adjusted". no chance at a legit 2m profit that doesn't say adjusted. I expect the attempt to break even last quarter will hamper this one further. Keep your eyes on the increase in sitting stock, it's gonna skyrocket unless they had crops they had to chuck out, we surely don't see a NR saying they& ...more

You answer all your own questions Ped, with a few wrenchs thrown in to gum up reality so hard to tell what you ask or don't but there is plenty pertinent info available in the mix with every quarterly....the company has made material changes like from B2B to CPG, med to mainly rec and direct to shelf marketing. These are major changes in operation and they are not made easily nor overnight ...more

You seem to be the self proclaimed Supreme Guru, should be a breeze for you to decipher. IMHO

I think Langley is 7mil bottles/yr - max capacity.  but I think max capacity is somewhat irrelevant - you have to sell it to grow it. Lots of 500k kg grow facilities that have no where to sell all that flower.  after beena was on boarded I had a convo with IR and it sounded like they were going to grow at max capacity, trim that cost/g and go for it. All excess they were going to ...more

Not disputing your analysis, and agree with the majority of your message, the only thing I'm getting at, is unless this company reaches the 20 million per quarter, if they ever do, it will be stuck in the mud IMO. while they are slowlllllllllly ramping up, other companies are swallowing market share, working on improving quality which will start matching Supreme and again be a step behind.  ...more

Pedal - brand development is a process, and up to know I think it's been more of a price war game - but the market is growing month over month at a significant rate.  Canadian retail was 257 sept, 270 oct. record revenues.  Medical expansion with shoppers (as opt mentioned) - USA legalization, you can go on about the potential revenue streams and ultimately bull case for the ...more

I agree with your analysis most of the time, but Supreme in my opinion has been missing the mark too often, and good companies are alway attempting to be ahead of the game and not catching up. I fully agree that this is one industry which has been minimally impacted by Covid, and revenues are supporting this fact.  I've been at this long enough to know that if they finally hit the ...more

Ya I agree - supreme has been slow to market on new products, slow to adjust prices, and definitely haven't been ahead of the curve and it has cost them and us.  beena has been at this for about 8mths now. Mostly restructuring the buisness and debt - and streamlining operations. It's a lot of heavy lifting.  but I see some evidence of her getting ahead of things. I'll ...more

my question right now is why the most populas prov is last for product. sugarleaf pre rolls have been out for some time the new .5g prerolls not here yet as well.. we have one hiway large volume to date.. bc has more hi volume the new .5g and the 1 g prerolls.. . if i was supplying grocery stores with products id endure toronto stores had product before id supply a quarter store in the far north . ...more

Agree, and we should see a significant lift in Q2 and 3.  If they continue with meager financials, they'll continue falling behind, they have to start delivering, running out of excuses, but I'm with you for at least the next 2 Qs. See what February brings. IMHO

New to FIRE, just bought in 2 weeks ago at .18 cents. Lots of potential here, but I see a reverse split on the horizon. Hopefully it'll pop before that...
Comment by vulcan123456789 on Dec 28, 2020 6:46am
there is no reverse split.. we deal with this being brought up every few weks... theres no talk of this by company.. it was there as a posibility but taken off the table long ago.. if you look at other lps there are many with many more shares than us and have much higher share price.. the company when profits released can always buy back as well. its a none issue .. jmho

Not that gray joh, a lot of changes since Beena and plenty with the establishing a share in the rec market for sure but when ebitda lite profit realized at this level of production it is still way ahead of most and the key to survival in any sector. We have seen nothing factored in from the Shoppers agreement yet, if any, for current quarter but the first of the HiWay sales et al will be there... ...more
