Sadly I dont think you'll ever get a buyout at your average. The share price is being suppresed for the buyout. The lower the better for the buyer.

To see what their current position is.   Finally took out 18.5 - i havn't seen much selling to the ask today - with the sector moving and a ton of USA catalytic events coming - this sector is definitly going on a nice long bull

Ouffffff - I expected a big number - with all the volume and no big move up in December.  Would they really dump all that for a tax loss?  seems more like they just want out of the equity. And hold the convertibles.  who is soaking up all those shares?  36.5% of their position will make 8% cash for 5yrs and 11.06% in additional debs for 3yrs. Almost 20%/yr.  It

They're dumbing the equiity because they never wanted it in the first place. It was a "take it or we go bankrupt " scenario. Restructure or else...Gun to the head. You get this or you get nothing. Pennies on the dollar becuae the greenhouse on the open real estate market wasn't going to fetch squat .

Agreed MM Cap is not here to be our friend WP, they are here to make money from getting the company going, turning it around and moving on... I thought that this flat SP selling millions of shares has been part of that process, as MMCap is not here for the long term. This would mean the company is now looking like it can start moving ahead on it's own from here as it is up an running on the

Maybe. They probably had to get permission from the LPs to own more than 10% of equity and have to get back under within a certain amount of time. We'll see what happens. I think the price performance is impressive in the context.

Could also be them trying to keep it safely below the conversion price of the debt. Doesn't make sense numbers wise to me, but who knows. At this point we will have to wait for MM to turn off their taps and see what happens.

So then MM ending December at 54mil shares with 504mil outstanding - they are 4 mil shares away from being under the threshold of 10%.  That would make sense - and it seems like these sales have buyer(s) lined up. Moving to other institutional hands.  That would also co-incide with management issuing options and rsu's - as that's the signal MM is done or very close to it

Agreed vulc but that is today, let Beena get this company up and running on the rec side and we will see even better, net margins and profit realized are going to impove exponentially through to full production and beyond...while the 'big' companies they can't generate profit to date, this will not fly for much longer and will be reflected in their SPs.
