Thoughts?

So I've been digesting all the information and input from everyone. Here's another thought to add to the plethora of ideas already. Don't jump down my throat as it's not my opinion but rather just an idea.

1) we did the last raise around the 0.30 mark
2) we are hovering around that floor currently
3) this ATM allows the company the ability to raise without doing a "raise"
4) we will not be able to sell THC product in the US obviously for quite some time however, we would like to attract more institutional investment behind the shares in the US and the OTC markets will not do that. So...

what if the idea is to buyout the mmcap debt (if there is much remaining) and allow the SP to move slightly north, the do a 10-1 split and uplist onto nasdaq? This would put us right at the $3 required threshold for nasdaq listing. I know the thought process is that a split would screw over some of the longs, however with the offset of a much bigger market trading equities, would offset that threat of potential loss easily I believe personally. Anyhow, just thinking out loud

I agree with you! I think the money is to pay down debt and uplist with a reverse split. regardless a reverse split is absolutely necessary at this point

show me one company who's share price didn't go down considerably after a reverse split. imo the best thing about this company is that their gross revenue has gone up. But half of it was production costs and the other half was operating expenses, and then other expenses put them in the red. i'm no expert, but if i had 25 mil inventory i would turn it into kief and dump it on the market ...more

Hexo made a RS and they doubled after...same thing with Eldorado gold...if you have 4 quarters and change it to a 1 dollar bill or if you have 10 single dollar bills and you change it to a one 10 dollar bill.....same fng thing. too many people here with more money then knowledge and you get what you get.

100% agree with you on that

Ross Beaty's Equinox gold did a RS and double after that too. Some of you here are wayyyy to obsessed with the possibility of a reverse split and what it means. Again, if a company made an RS to avoid getting delisted - that would be bad. On the other hand, if a company does a RS to uplist or to discourage shorts - that would be a good thing. You do that when the short borrowing fee is below ...more

Like other mj stocks they got a boost from the news about possible legalization in the US, don't confuse that with the double, and as you can see from the declining prices that is gradually  wearing off, especially for companies that have no US prospects, i'm well aware of what a rs does you clown

more cash to expand in Europe in the last video she mentioned Europe market
Comment by Aurum1983 on Mar 04, 2021 9:44am
Well, nobody knows and that's the point. Beena can't say. You don't annouce a deal or even the negotiation until you know you can close it (even a conditional agreement). All I can say is the two raises back to back and now the ATM is something companies do to either: 1) avoid bankrupcy or 2) expand. FIRE surely isn't going bankrupt. We have more than enough cash to pay off all ...more

i agree charlie.. reverse split even the talk of it is poison.. you loose shares for temp lift in price.. then shorts take that gift and make a fortune.. and to do so to get on Nasdaq is ridiculous. if we dont get there on merit in our share price and on our performace. we just get destroyed on Nasdaq.. remember on the venture we were over 2 bucks.. went to the tsx and we are where we are. Nasdaq ...more

Actually hexo and Acb are still trading above their reverse split levels but I agree that it's never a good look to do a reverse split
