What was cgc's share price when the announcement was made? Ie....how much has it gone down since announced,......?

maritime canopy was 37.74.. our conversion price was .44

Well the conversion rate is locked in .44 is not guaranteed.....so as of now would be lower then that sadly....what a waste of my time fire was.
