Your talking about a bunch of ACMPR patients growing weed for medicinal purposes , edibles and maybe for their friends which sure could be for sale but not related to who is buying recreational weed in Canada it's being bought at storefront brick and mortar and online via provincial entities. 

Your talking about two very different marketplaces here.

Also you reference John Conroy who from my understanding is a lawyer advocating for a edible limit increase due to medical constraints of 10mg not being enough. That is the case you are talking about and again this has nothing to do with the recreational pot market.

Supreme is in a class of its own when it comes to quality in the the legal market. Broken coast is the only thing that's comes close.
