RE:RE:Thank you but ???Ageed aur but at the same time there is still a lot of info to see and there has been a lot of green changing hands over an extended period of time and we ended with just shy of 800mil SO, etc. I have not seen anything to date that supports anything unfair to SHs, anything to suggest there was bad mismanagement or unjust with regard not acting in SHs best interest.
There is plenty of noise about untoward action by management...if fact based, the OSC will be the agency to handle these matters and any/ all the pertinent info needs to be directed to them ASAP. If there is nothing material to justify any illegal or potentially illegal activity by management, they are presummed inocent until proven otherwise.
Both FIRE and WEED trading red says nothing about either or the deal...the rest in the sector are red as well on my page. We need to see the info before drawing any conclusions. With the deal we get the same percentage of WEED stock, just our dollar value fluctuates...if the deal is at $35WEED, $.41FIRE, a 5bagger gets us back to $2FIRE and there is talk of the $300 range for WEED not too far out? Time will tell but the potential is there WEED is very aggressive state side and with the latest house cleaning at the top upside potential has been increasing exponentially.
We need the info and we will be getting a good start tomorrow with the FQ3/21 report. All the best to all and we need to give Beena and BoD the benefit of the doubt until we see otherwise. JMHO...Opt

Yes they could of kept building on the success of their products and top 10 spot on ocs sales however that will and has been at the cost of dilution to maintain presence and try to expand.
Is $3-5$ achievable organically on their current sales? I don’t think so considering those prices were during the candian legalization hype.
They would need to grow via m&a to keep and gain more market share. I agree with Beena that’s our current balance sheet would need serious improvements, probably too much at this stage in the Canadian landscape.
If you didn’t average down when fire was around .10 that’s not the companies fault nor does it owe you anything.
Too many emotional people here. If,you don’t like the deal then sell.
