Thanks for your reply , so instead of building on the success of what Fire has developed and taking it farther, us who invested in the $2.00 range are say screwed .. instead of taking this stock price back up to $3 -$5 range we are getting very screwed with this deal and look at canopy dropping and Fire being held back Focking sucks if you ask me

??? Yes they could of kept building on the success of their products and top 10 spot on ocs sales however that will and has been at the cost of dilution to maintain presence and try to expand. Is $3-5$ achievable organically on their current sales?  I don’t think so considering those prices were during the candian legalization hype.   They would need to grow via m&a to keep and gain ...more

Ageed aur but at the same time there is still a lot of info to see and there has been a lot of green changing hands over an extended period of time and we ended with just shy of 800mil SO, etc. I have not seen anything to date that supports anything unfair to SHs, anything to suggest there was bad mismanagement or unjust with regard not acting in SHs best interest. Point taken but what info needed?  We know the terms as stated in initial nr.  Illegal doings?  No, just business.  Prior mgmt plays a larger part.  Beena did a great job however as the industry matures she realized it’d be a harder task to tackle on it’s own.   And when do we get to decide what fmv or what we’re worth etc to meet our objective?  Nice idea but ...more

To add here, I have had no indication to date that BoD, and/or Beena should not have my trust and I watch pretty close as I have a lot to lose. I have seen the small get picked up by the large, especially with a brand new sector such as cannabis which is going to move even faster because the product is not new, it is just ...more

i hear you george....ive sold off two thirds of my shares at this point... ive bought canopy and tlry..and sitting on lots of cash.. just dont trust how this thing came about and how its going since announcment.... jmho cheers

Why did you sell shares now rather then wait for conversion? Curious.... also the market is pretty much red these days so everyone has gone down since announcement. I think I. Waiting for conversion b4 making any moves... see how the summer months treat everyone

hey bud...well.. i sold most high thirties.. bought canopy down much lower so theres greater return than just the conversion...tlry apha deal is way down so i jumped in there. there are also still risk that deal.may not go through.. then we will plummet down to mid 20s likely... what happens ss well if our report shows a reduction in sales.. ..too many if and or buts for me to sit on it all with ...more

I'm waiting for conversion, unlike some on this board, I believe Canopy has hit bottom, nowhere to go but up from here.
