anybody know what this means

"The Corporation will also consider the most efficient and orderly way in which to distribute to the shareholders all remaining property of the Corporation (after payment of the Corporation's creditors)"

what remaining property?

Remaining property is whats on the balance sheet less bonds payable and escrow accounts. Bank bal of 4.418 mill asset plus trade receivables 485,000 ???? less trade payables 441,000 less taxes payable 1.491 mill. that would = approx 2,971,000 / approx  238 mill shares = another 1.248 cents.  What do I think we will get.  10.5 cents in feb payout plus 1 cent in remaing ...more

not sure about that. In my experience cash left is NEVER refered to as property.

Property = a peculiar quality of anything; that which is inherent in a thing, or naturally essential to it; an  attribute; the exclusive right of posessing, enjoying and disposing of a thing; ownership; the subject of such a right; the thing owned; an estate; wether in lands, buildings, goods, MONEY, etc. I hope this explains things a little clearer regards

in my eyes. In finance, cash is worded cash, property is labeled property. This leads me to believe they have othere assets besides the cash. i remember a discussion once about this regarding some talings or properties they own besides MWS and Ezulwini. This could be a bonus.
